Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses.

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: free.
• Royal Mail 1st Class: £1 extra per order, regardless of the number of cards in that order.

Dispatch

We dispatch within one working day of cleared payment and receipt of the personalisation details needed for your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Please check the delivery address and your personalisation before paying.

Delivery timing

Dispatch time and postal delivery time are separate. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. For a birthday or another fixed date, please order early and consider the 1st Class upgrade. Neither of these postal services guarantees next-day delivery.

Packaging and delivery problems

Cards are supplied with a white envelope and packed in a hard-backed DO NOT BEND envelope.

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact fairytalecrafts2016@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
